Alexandra LeClere, PresidentAlexandra has been a member of the New Dawn Foundation Board of Directors almost since its inception. She brings to the Board her long experience in the corporate world, as well as doing volunteer work. Alexandra graduated from Oberlin College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She then studied in Paris at the Sorbonne (Paris 5), where she received a Masters Degree in Clinical Sociology. Alexandra founded the TV production and distribution company, AOM International, Inc., in France where she was living, and then brought the company to the States. Alexandra’s volunteer work includes years of PTA and school related positions, LMC-TV local public access board positions, the French-American Aid to Children board positions, leadership positions in the Larchmont Ave. Church, and New Rochelle Sister City membership, among other affiliations.
Alexandra has 4 children. She now works internationally as an Energy Healer and Medium. She is the author of the book, “Seeing the Dead, Talking with Spirits”, which describes her transition from TV producer to her current interest. Alexandra’s goal for the Foundation is to ensure its accessibility to all as a place of healing for young and old alike, in all its forms. |
Anton Baraschi, Vice PresidentAnton Baraschi practices and teaches Bioenergy Healing (AKA Medical Qigong) at the Edgar Cayce ARE Center at 241 W 30th St 2nd floor NYC on Tuesday and Friday. Over the years Anton has mastered several healing modalities: Bruyere Energetic Chelation, Wierkus Method, Davitashvili Method, Nedelcu Method, Domancic Method, Reiki, Energy through the Nervous System, Ancient Tibetan Healing-Tse Dup Yang Bod, Advanced Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy. Anton considers Master Peng’s Qigong Healer Certification program the teaching that “brought it all together”. Anton’s practice is focused on alleviating a majority of chronic conditions, in pain reduction, speeding up the recovery process and facilitating spiritual development. Bioenergy healing works well in supporting all other treatment modalities (allopathic, homeopathic, acupuncture, psychotherapy, physical therapy, surgery, chemotherapy, nutrition, and exercise). Anton is currently specializing in work with medical professionals.

Florence Dupont, TreasurerPartner, Director of Financial Planning Florence has 14 years of experience in the financial planning industry and holds the CFP designation. As Director of Financial Planning, she creates intricate and customized financial plans for the firm’s clientele. She is also responsible for new business development.
Florence holds numerous professional designations and maintains Series 7 and 63 securities' registrations, as well as her life and health insurance licenses. She was raised in Paris, France and came to New York City in 1991 to pursue her MBA at Baruch College, from which she graduated in 1992. She also holds a Maitrise de Gestion from Universite Paris-Dauphine, France. Prior to joining Financial Decisions, Florence held positions as a stock analyst and a financial planner at various firms. Florence sits on the Boards of several foundations. She co-founded Mentoring Tree Foundation, a non-profit that supports underprivileged youth in mentoring relationships by providing education-related scholarships. She has herself been mentor to a young woman for the past 10 years. |
Norm Forbes, SecretaryNorm is a lifelong resident of Westchester County resident and retired science educator with some 35+ years of experience. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Gettysburg College and a Masters Degree from Duke University. Most of his responsibilities have involved teaching High School Biology and Environmental Science while also serving as Science Department Chair at the Brunswick School in Greenwich, CT and Greens Farms Academy in Greens Farms, CT. Norm finds a spiritual connection in exploring the natural world and kayaking.

Kevin WrightKevin began his association with the NDF by volunteering in many ways, really using all his expertise to help the foundation. He graduated from SUNY Empire State College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and he has been a Union Electrician for 23 years. Kevin has great respect for the military since he served in the US Army in Germany and the US. He began volunteering at the New Dawn Foundation in 2014.
